What are the required documents?
Bill of Lading: Details of the shipment, including vessel name, ports of loading and discharge, and consignee information.
Commercial Invoice: Information about the goods, such as description, quantity, value, and origin.
Freight Invoice: Specifies the freight charges; if these are included in the Commercial Invoice, a separate Freight Invoice may not be necessary.
Export Customs Declaration: Official declaration of the goods being exported, as required by the exporting country’s customs authorities.
Packing List: Details of the contents of each package or container within the shipment.
Certificate of Origin: Confirms the country of origin of the goods.
ECTN must be validated five days before the vessel arrives at the latest. And in its absence, you would have to pay twice the amount of the ECTN cost plus the regulation fee determined by the Guinea Conakry National Port Officials.
